SHIPPING POLICY

  

1. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders Worldwide.

2. We ship international orders using DHL / UPS / FedEx

3. Custom and Import duty (EU countries) is the responsibility of the customer. 

4. It usually takes 1-5 working days to dispatch your product and in case if you opt for Stitching Services then orders can take additional 2-3 working days to dispatch. Once product will be dispatched it’ll take 7-12 working days to get delivered using our "free shipping" method and 4-7 business days if you have opted for "Expedited Shipping" option.

5. Premium and pure sarees can take up to 3 to 6 weeks time as due to high in demand we may have to wait for next lot be manufactured.

6. Customise items (Pre-ordered Items) may take 15-25 days for delivery as they are made on order. 

7. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking information on your registered email address.

8. All the orders will be Processed and dispatched from our warehouse in India.

 

SHIPPING POLICY (For INDIA only) 

1. It usually takes 1-3 working days to dispatch your product, in case if you opt for Stitching Services then orders can take additional 2-5 working days to dispatch. Once product will be dispatched it’ll take 2-6 working days to get delivered to your door steps.

2. Premium and pure sarees can take up to 3-6 weeks time due to high demand and limited productions being premium category.

3. Customised items (Pre-ordered Items) may take 3-6 weeks for delivery being specially requested orders.
